Commercial services
IPM provides recurring exterior maintenance programs for managed properties throughout Greater Charlotte. Service scopes are built around each property’s layout, priorities, and seasonal needs rather than forcing every site into the same maintenance schedule.
Core maintenance may include mowing of serviced turf, trimming, edging, blowing, litter pickup in serviced turf areas, and routine attention to the visible details that shape the overall appearance of the property. Service frequency is based on seasonal demand and the requirements of the individual property.
Shrub, bed, entrance, and common-area maintenance can be incorporated into the property scope as required.
Leaf management, seasonal cleanup, and other changing property needs can be scheduled as conditions require.
Winter weather response can be incorporated for commercial and managed properties requiring seasonal snow and ice support.
If an exterior need falls outside the recurring maintenance scope, IPM can review the request and determine whether it can be incorporated, quoted separately, or appropriately coordinated.
Materials and specialty work
Materials and property-specific additions are identified separately. When a scope requires a licensed specialty, it is addressed transparently during proposal development.
